February 2008 - Bluelantern Films begins pre-production on the comedy short, THIS SIDE UP.
January 2008 - Bluelantern Films announces it's newest project, a road trip comedy titled, THE HIGH ROAD, scheduled for production in 2008.
January 2008 - Bluelantern Films completes work on the music video, "Who Would Jesus Bomb", for the band Ten Story Relapse in Atlanta, Georgia.
December 2007 - Bluelantern Films goes to Hollywood to re-record the music to LOST CROSSING with composer Kevin Riepl. Riepl orchestrated the score for a live 9 piece ensemble at Capitol Records. It was an amazing experience and we got to record in Studio B, the same room used by Sinatra, Bob Seger and Green Day for their albums. The music sounds amazing and will be mixed into the movie for future release.
November 2007 - Bluelantern Films' Eric Blue is interviewed and featured by the Accolade Competition.
October 2007 - LOST CROSSING is written up in the Fall 2007 issue of Movie Maker Magazine on page 100. Director Eric Blue and LOST CROSSING are commended for winning the Accolade Competition and their film festival run.
September 2007 - Bluelantern Films completes the screenplay for their feature film, a road trip comedy, to be shot in Georgia in 2008. The hilarious story follows a young man and his girl friend driving across Georgia in a hearse full of marijuana (hidden in a coffin) in an attempt to save his father's farm from foreclosure.
August 2007 - LOST CROSSING and filmmakers Eric and Karen Blue are featured in the Georgia newspaper the Dekalb Neighbor.
August 2007 - LOST CROSSING is in the PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL SHORTFEST. Eric will be interviewed on the NBC News Morning Show in Palm Springs to talk about the movie.
July 2007 - LOST CROSSING is accepted into the ROME INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL.
June 2007 - LOST CROSSING wins BEST OF SHOW 2007 in the ACCOLADE COMPETITION!

September 2006 - Bluelantern Films has wrapped principal photography on Until We Part. What an AMAZING experience this has been! We shot the Interior Motel Room scenes on an incredible set and shot at the Atlanta Amtrak station. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing cast and crew. This movie is going to be incredible! Now... into the editing room to put our movie together. More to come...
September 2006 - Bluelantern Films has completed the first 3 days of shooting on Until We Part in Kingston, GA. We had a talented crew of 35 and took over Kingston for 3 days. The film is directed by Eric Blue and produced by Molly Chase and David Fletcher. It was an amazing shoot with incredible performances and beautiful cinematography. We have 3 more days of shooting here in Atlanta on a set before we wrap. I will be sad to see it end but will be excited to start editing. The short will be 30 minutes and is the first Act of the feature film version. We plan to submit Until We Part to festivals as well as use it to secure funding to complete the full feature. Until We Part stars Melissa McBride and Carrie Rose Menocal. This is going to be an amazing movie!

December 2005 - Eric and Karen Fly to LA for a pitch meeting with Silver Pictures. Eric has two ideas that are of interest and are under consideration.
September 2005 - Eric and Karen fly to LA to meet with producers and industry professionals to discuss production of Lost in the Sky. Casting for Lost in the Sky to begin.
August 2005 - Marc Johnson, Sundance Award winning Producer, joins Lost in the Sky. Richard Mirisch, producer from the Matrix, also joins Lost in the Sky as a consulting producer.
May 2005 - Eric and Karen fly to LA to meet with Richard Mirisch from Warner Bros. to discuss Lost in the Sky.
May 2005 - BlueLantern Films announced its feature screenplay Lost in the Sky was nominated for the Southeast Media Award, a screenplay and film making award with a $120,000 grand prize.
